SUKHINDER LALLI

Sukhinder Lalli is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles within prominent organizations. Sukhinder Lalli began a career as a Solicitor at Colman Coyle from July 1996 to November 2002, and then served as a Senior Lawyer in public law at The Treasury Solicitor until March 2009. Following this, Sukhinder Lalli worked as a Senior Legal Adviser specializing in nuclear energy at the Department of Energy and Climate Change until October 2011. From December 2014 to July 2020, Sukhinder Lalli held multiple titles, including Legal Director and Deputy Director, at Ofgem, where responsibilities included leading the Markets Legal team. Most recently, Sukhinder Lalli has been serving as the Legal Director for Governance, Compliance, and Risk at the Competition and Markets Authority since August 2020. Sukhinder Lalli holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Laws (LLM) from UCL.
