Michiel Mudde

Michiel Mudde is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in the public sector and organizational change. Currently serving as Programmamanager Learning & Support at Rode Kruis Nederland since June 2023, Michiel is responsible for guiding the implementation of a new vision for volunteer competency. Michiel has held several managerial positions in various organizations, such as Manager Publieke sector at Boer & Croon since February 2017, and has contributed to significant projects including interim leadership roles at Omgevingsdienst Groningen and the Ministry of Justice and Security. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Technische Bestuurskunde from the same institution.
