Joel Ayandokon

Joel Ayandokon is an experienced manufacturing executive with extensive expertise in cocoa processing and food production. Currently serving as Vice President and Technical Manufacturing Head at ofi since January 2022, Joel has held various leadership roles at OLAM Cocoa Processing since June 2013, including BU Head and Manufacturing Director, as well as Factory Manager. Previous experience includes tenure at Food Processing as Plant Manager from March 2010 to May 2013 and at ADM Cocoa UNICAO as Plant Manager and Technical Manager from January 2004 to March 2010. Joel obtained an Engineer's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from INSET between 1987 and 1991.
