Julie Wertz

Julie Wertz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in chemistry and analytical support. Currently serving as the Head of Analytical Support & Technology at ofi since August 2022, Julie previously held positions such as Project Leader at FeyeCon and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University. With extensive experience in both academic and industry settings, including roles at Aviva Insurance UK Limited and Novartis Consumer Health, Julie has demonstrated expertise in chemical analysis, quality control, and research. Julie holds a PhD from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and French from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, complemented by a study abroad semester at Université Montpellier III.
