Kady Francone currently serves as a Senior Food Technologist at ofi, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at California State University, Fresno, where Kady taught as a Graduate Student Professor in Spring 2024 and assisted as a Graduate Research Assistant in both the Food Science and Enology/Viticulture Departments. Additionally, experience as a Food Processing Technician at the Fresno State Food Processing Plant involved producing thermally processed foods while ensuring product safety and quality. Kady holds a Master's Degree in Food Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinology, both from California State University, Fresno.
