Katherin Ibarra

Katherin Ibarra is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Sustainability Manager at ofi since January 2023, Katherin has previously worked as a Sustainability Consultant for Olenex and an impactful Research Project Manager focusing on social transformation at the World Benchmarking Alliance. Katherin has also held significant positions at the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil as Technical Manager for Latin America and as a Senior Monitoring and Reporting Officer at IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative. An independent consultant prior to these roles, Katherin has worked on a range of initiatives including environmental assessments, sustainability strategy development, and project evaluation across diverse agricultural supply chains. Katherin holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education and has specialized training in Renewable Energy and Environmental Management.
