Marjan Beijer - de Looze has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marjan began their career at Achmea as an account manager for private insurances and loans. Marjan then held the position of branch manager for insurance offices before transitioning to Archer Daniels Midland Company. At Archer Daniels Midland Company, Marjan served as an HR manager, responsible for leading HR departments in the Netherlands and serving as a senior HR business partner for different management teams. Marjan later joined Olam as an HR manager for Europe, where they partnered with business leaders to develop HR strategies and prioritize people development. Currently, Marjan holds the role of VP - Head of HR EMENA at ofi, where they oversee talent acquisition for the region and manages a team of recruiters.

Marjan Beijer - de Looze has a diverse education history. Marjan completed a Strategic HRM (SHRM) program at Nyenrode Business University in 2014-2015. In 2003-2004, they obtained a degree in mediation from Merlijn, focusing on Mediation. Marjan also pursued HR Management at Open University in 2000-2001. Marjan studied Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam in 1997-1998.
