Milan Bist

Milan Bist is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Sales/Marketing Head for Coffee in Asia & the Middle East at Olam Food Ingredients since October 2021. Previously, Milan held the position of Senior Vice President and Coffee Trader at Olam International Singapore, where responsibilities included trading green and instant coffee across Asia and managing client relationships, along with leading a team of coffee professionals across multiple countries. Milan's earlier experience features a role as Profit Centre Head for Indonesia Coffee, focusing on sourcing and trading as well as P&L management. Prior to Olam, Milan worked as an Area Sales Manager at ICI Paints. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in International Business Management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.
