Nese Erbil

Nese Erbil, PhD, serves as Vice President and Head of Global Market Intelligence for Dairy at ofi since April 2015, where responsibilities include leading global dairy market research and analysis to develop trading and risk management strategies. Prior experience includes managing global commodity research at Mondelēz International, focusing on sugar, coffee, and dairy materials, and providing fundamental analysis to inform risk management and buying strategies. Nese Erbil also contributed as a Commodity Analyst at the International Monetary Fund, monitoring developments in energy, agricultural, and metal markets, and at The World Bank, where tasks involved analyzing copper, iron ore, and steel markets. Nese Erbil holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of York, an MBA from the University of Birmingham, an MA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
