Swaroop Joshi has extensive work experience in the food industry. Swaroop began their career at Cummins India Ltd as a Manager, handling assembly and machine shop operations. Swaroop then moved on to Olam, where they held various roles starting from Branch Manager, responsible for strategizing and executing procurement targets. Swaroop later took on the role of Profit Centre Head, managing the trading book and P&L independently. Swaroop then served as Business Head in Nigeria, providing strategic leadership for sustainable growth in export businesses. Swaroop eventually became the Global Head of Processing for the Edible Nuts and Seeds Division, overseeing the topline and bottom-line targets and expanding the processing business.
