Usha Kakaria - Cayaux

Usha Kakaria-Cayaux has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at OFI. Prior to this, Usha worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. where they held various positions, including Chief of Staff to the Executive VP HR/CHRO and Regional VP HR for North America and the United Kingdom & Ireland. Usha also worked at HEINEKEN as the Vice President HR for the Caribbean & Americas Export region and as the Global Talent Manager. Usha's earlier experience includes roles at Nike EMEA, Trapezium Talent Search, Kakaria Marketing Services, and Aker Kvaerner.

Usha Kakaria-Cayaux attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2009, where they completed the Advance Human Resource Executive Program. From 1992 to 1996, they studied at Queen's University, earning a B.Comm (Honours) degree. In 2020, they enrolled at Harvard Business School to pursue a course on Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions.
