Javier Cadenas Fresnadillo

Javier Cadenas Fresnadillo is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in project management and technical assistance within the construction industry. Currently serving as Jefe de Unidad at OFITECO, since June 2018, Javier specializes in providing technical assistance and oversight for public works projects, including the construction of the Nueva Estación de Alta Velocidad de Sanabria. Prior experience includes roles as Coordinador de Proyectos and Ingeniero de Proyectos y Obras at Grupo Inzamac from May 2011 to June 2018, where responsibilities encompassed coordination of energy efficiency projects and comprehensive technical reviews of various infrastructure projects.
