About the role:

As the Head of Supply Chain Operations, you will be leading, optimising, and helping to transform our Supply Chain across all operational processes. You will relentlessly drive our best-in-class fulfilment outcomes, Customer Service standards and customer on-boarding - seamlessly balancing business objectives, delivering exceptional value to our customers and being a key cross-functional leader helping to shape the future of Ofload. 

Note; This is a 12 month fix-term contract.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Supply Chain Solutions teams to support and drive the continuous innovation of our platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and product teams to support growth and new customer onboarding.
• Serve as a key point of escalation for compliance, carrier, and shipper issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong leadership experience in supply chain operations with a focus on fulfilment and customer service.
• A passion for technology and drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to drive cost efficiencies and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Expertise in managing large teams and a proven track record of scaling operations.
