Valerie Snyder

Valerie Snyder is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate consolidations and financial management. Currently serving as the Assistant Corporate Controller at OFS Fitel LLC since July 2019, Valerie has held various positions within the company and its subsidiary, Furukawa, since 2001, including Senior Manager - Consolidations and Sr Consolidation Manager. With a career that includes responsibility for the corporate consolidation and reconciliation of financial statements for the CEO and Board of Directors, Valerie oversees the monthly closing process, provides revenue estimates, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with corporate guidelines and US GAAP.
