David Jones

David Jones is a technology and cybersecurity-focused Chair, currently serving as the Chair at DVLA and as a Non-Executive Director at Ofwat. With a career that includes a decade as Chief Technology Officer for a major European airline and experience as a co-founder of a successful travel software business, David has built a reputation in the fields of public sector governance and cybersecurity. They have also held multiple non-executive positions on health boards in Wales and have been involved in consulting and mentoring roles for various tech firms. In addition to their leadership responsibilities, David regularly lectures on cybersecurity at institutions such as Cardiff University and the University of South Wales.
