Anna Macfarlane has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing industry. Anna most recently served as the Head of Global Marketing Services at OFX since October 2019. Prior to that, Anna held various leadership positions at Westpac, including Head of Business Marketing, Head of Marketing - Strategy and Planning, Head of Business Marketing Strategy & Planning, and Head of Multi-brand Positioning. Anna was responsible for developing strategic direction, building brand equity, and leading marketing initiatives for the Westpac Group. Anna also gained valuable experience at David Jones as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist, and at Visa as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Anna started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Pinpoint Marketing.
Anna Macfarlane attended UNSW from 2000 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing & Tourism. Prior to that, Anna attended Scone Grammar School, although the specific years are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Anna obtained multiple certifications on topics such as bystander training, confronting bias, cultivating cultural competence and inclusion, and unconscious bias from LinkedIn in February and March of 2021.
