Kate French

Kate French is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple respected organizations. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at OFX since November 2022, Kate has previously held senior legal positions at Resolution Life, where responsibilities included managing complex complaints and external dispute resolution, and at AMP, overseeing advanced customer complaints and contributing to dispute resolution frameworks. With a solid foundation in commercial and litigation law developed through roles at Macquarie Telecom Group, Mills Oakley Lawyers, and Holding Redlich, Kate has a proven track record in dispute management and stakeholder engagement. Kate began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Western Australia and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
