Or Gorsky is the Founder and CEO of OGC Global, a boutique research and consulting firm established in 2012 that specializes in market research-based strategy, innovation testing, and the design and optimization of Voice of the Customer programs. With a mission to enhance company insights, improve customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities, Gorsky leads OGC in its endeavors. Prior to founding OGC, Gorsky served as Insights Lead at Medallia from 2010 to 2012 and as Research Lead at Magid from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Gorsky held the position of NCO Technology in the Israel Defense Forces from 2000 to 2003. Gorsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.
