Shilpa Kaistha

Shilpa Kaistha is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry with extensive experience in design, merchandising, and styling. Currently serving as an E-commerce Merchandiser & Curator at OGAAN INDIA PVT. LTD., Shilpa previously held the position of Senior Fashion Stylist in the Luxury Division at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop. As the Founder and Business Head of Label Shilpa Kaistha, Shilpa established a brand specializing in women's western and indo-western fashion, showcasing a diverse range of ready-to-wear and bespoke collections. Additional roles include Creative Director for Modo Caldo by Jigyasa Jolly, where Shilpa directed branding and visual aesthetics for multiple campaigns, and Senior Design Mentor at Batch Plus NIFT-NID-Uceed, imparting knowledge on design principles and creative thinking. Shilpa holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University and has pursued further education in luxury fashion and sustainability.
