Winnie Li, CPA, has extensive experience in property accounting, currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Ogden CAP Properties since July 2022. Previously, Winnie held senior and property accountant roles at Seritage Growth Properties from January 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included preparing monthly workpapers, reconciling bank accounts, and calculating CAM and tenant recoveries. Prior to that, Winnie worked as a Property Management Accountant at Arete Management, LLC from October 2015 to December 2020, overseeing daily accounting activities and preparing financial statements. Earlier positions included Staff Accountant at JIF Logistics Inc. and Accounting Assistant at Joanne C Liang CPA LLC. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Queens College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering.
