Monica Maas-Skellie is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as the Director of Multi-family/New Developments at Ogden & Company, Inc. since September 2013, Monica oversees the management of multifamily properties and condominiums across southeastern Wisconsin, while also managing new development projects that encompass building design, team training, marketing, leasing, and budgeting. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Supervisor at Fiduciary Real Estate Development from March 2007 to April 2013, where responsibilities included financial performance oversight and capital improvements for large residential communities, as well as managing a significant office building in Milwaukee. Monica began a career in property management at Real Estate Specialists from May 1997 to March 2007, supervising multiple residential communities. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate/Urban Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
