Kathleen Geary (Kit)

Kathleen (Kit) Geary is an accomplished reporter currently working for Ogden Newspapers Inc, contributing to both the Summit Daily News and the Steamboat Pilot & Today since December 2022. Previously, Geary authored "Big Ideas, Big Money, Big Problems" from September 2021 to May 2022 and served as a Buddy with Best Buddies International from September 2014 to May 2022, engaging with chapters at Newburyport High School and Saint Michael's College. Additional experience includes a newsroom internship at WCAX-TV, a community relations internship at The Salvation Army, and serving as Politics Editor for The Defender at Saint Michael's College. Geary is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies, Journalism, and Digital Arts at Saint Michael's College, with an expected graduation in May 2022.
