Kevin Lagge has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kevin started their career as an Advanced Systems Engineer at EDS and Delphi in 1989, where they worked until 1996. In 1996, they became the President of AURRA Industries and held the position until 2001. At AURRA Industries, they demonstrated their leadership abilities and strategic thinking.

Following their role at AURRA Industries, Lagge joined Unit Parts Company as a Vice President in 2001. During their tenure, they analyzed the company's position in the market and implemented strategic initiatives to adapt to a changing market landscape. Kevin also developed strong relationships with internal departments and customers to execute these initiatives successfully. In 2005, Lagge moved on to Keco, Inc., where they served as Vice President until 2009.

In 2009, Lagge joined OGE Energy Corp. as the Director of Technology Strategy, Architecture, and Innovation. Kevin played a crucial role in enhancing the organization's enterprise architecture and technology to navigate constrained operations and resources. Additionally, they led the development of the corporation's strategy and business planning, contributing to its continued growth and success.

Kevin Lagge received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota from 1987 to 1989. Kevin later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Anderson University from 1994 to 1996.
