Marie Morrison

Marie Morrison, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Manager of Benefits at OGE Energy Corp. since April 2022. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Total Rewards at GlobalHealth, Inc., and Director of Total Rewards at LifeCare Hospitals, where Marie led strategic oversight of benefits functions and workforce analytics. Marie has a strong background in benefits administration, HR systems management, and product management, having held leadership positions at numerous organizations including Paycom, Texana Security, and Commercial Metals Company. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Arizona State University, Marie possesses a diverse skill set in HR operations and employee engagement.
