Tara Russell

Tara Russell, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of HRIS and legal assistance. Tara currently holds the position of Lead HRIS Analyst at OGE Energy Corp. since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HRIS Analyst at the same company from January 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining OGE Energy Corp., Tara worked at Enable Midstream Partners, where they held various roles. Tara was a Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for producing company-wide HR analytics using custom and standard reports. Tara developed reports in Power BI and Excel and analyzed data elements from multiple sources. Tara also served as a Project Coordinator, HR Systems, and a Legal Assistant during their time at Enable Midstream Partners.

Tara's career began at Winningham, Stein & Basey, where they worked as a Legal Assistant providing support to immigration attorneys. Tara processed over 150 active cases and had knowledge of US immigration laws.

Tara Russell, SHRM-CP, holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2021. Tara also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Oklahoma City University in 2008. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in April 2017.
