Alexander Curry is a Partner in Ogier's corporate team in Jersey, specialising in corporate law, particularly in cross-border public and private M&A transactions, equity capital market deals, and private equity. They have advised numerous international and local clients, with a significant focus on sectors such as Technology, Web3, and Natural Resources. Previously, Alexander worked as a solicitor at Marriott Harrison and as a senior associate at Wedlake Bell LLP. They co-lead the firm's Technology and Web3 team, assisting clients with navigating Jersey's legal and regulatory framework.
