James Fox is an experienced Jersey corporate lawyer and partner in Ogier’s corporate group since March 2020. With over 20 years of experience in corporate legal work across the U.K. and Jersey, James has advised clients in various sectors including banking and finance, real estate investment, fund formation, and M&A transactions. Prior to Ogier, James held several positions, including partner at Appleby and senior associate at Carey Olsen. They also founded Fox Consulting Limited, providing compliance and regulatory services. James earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Commercial Law and Taxation from The University of Glasgow from 1994 to 1999.
