Joanne Huckle

Joanne Huckle is the Global Head of Investment Funds at Ogier, where they lead a team from the Cayman Islands. Recognized as one of the Private Markets - 50 Women Leaders by the Hedge Funds Journal, Joanne has built a reputation as a "sharp and commercial" lawyer, becoming Ogier's youngest partner in 2017. They advise a wide range of clients, from leading hedge funds to emerging managers, on various aspects of fund structuring and compliance. Joanne is actively involved in regulatory discussions as a member of Cayman Finance's AML sub-committee and the legislative drafting sub-committee for exempted limited partnerships. They hold a law degree from the University of Oxford and possess extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, having worked in London, Hong Kong, and in-house at Lloyds Banking Group.
