Oliver Passmore is a Jersey Advocate and Partner in the Dispute Resolution Group of Ogier. Their practice encompasses contentious trusts, shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing, insolvency, and banking and regulatory matters, alongside non-contentious trust and company applications to court. Prior to joining Ogier in 2008, Oliver qualified as an English barrister and subsequently worked in commercial litigation in New Zealand's largest law firm. Oliver is a member of the Jersey Law Society and holds an overseas membership with the Chancery Bar Association of England and Wales. They are currently pursuing an MA Hons at The University of Edinburgh.
