Damien Pashby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Damien started their career as an Account Executive at Publicis Mojo in 2006 and then moved to Toyota Motor Corporation Australia as a National Marketing Assistant in 2007. At Toyota, they acted as a brand executive for various national campaigns and gained experience in both above-the-line and below-the-line communication activities. In 2008, they returned to Publicis Mojo as an Account Manager, where they managed the Corolla "Packed with a lil' Action" campaign.

Pashby then joined iris Sydney in 2009 as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on below-the-line activity for the Sony master brand and sub-brands. Damien also supported Sony Australia's relationship with FIFA and the Football Federation of Australia. In 2014, Pashby joined M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment as a Senior Account Director, overseeing integrated sponsorship communications for the Commonwealth Bank's partnership with Cricket Australia. Damien was responsible for strategic development, campaign production, and managing a team of account executives.

Most recently, they worked at Ogilvy Australia since 2015. Damien started as a Senior Account Director and then progressed to Group Account Director and Client Lead. Damien'srole at Ogilvy required managing client accounts and leading teams.

Throughout their career, Pashby has gained experience in various aspects of advertising and marketing, including campaign management, strategic development, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Damien Pashby attended Marist College North Shore from 1995 to 2000. Damien then went on to study at the University of Technology Sydney from 2003 to 2005, earning a degree in BBUS with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, and Sports Management.
