Seong Bradshaw

Seong Bradshaw has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Seong began their career as a Student Visa Application Officer at the Canadian Consulate General in 2004. Seong then worked as a Sales Assistant at OJAY from 2005 to 2008. Seong further progressed in their career by becoming a Floating Store Manager at Foot Locker from 2008 to 2013.

Seong then transitioned into the banking sector, joining MUFG in 2010. Seong initially served as a Projects & Operations Project Officer, where they coordinated small-scale operational projects and provided administrative support to Senior Management. Seong was later promoted to a Supervisory role, responsible for project coordination, data analytics, operational risk management, support for Executive Management, and disaster recovery planning. Seong'sexpertise in project management led to their appointment as Operational Planning & Control Project Lead, where they implemented L&D system-based projects and delivered process improvement initiatives.

In 2018, Seong joined Radium6 as a Senior Consultant, working on business, technology, digital, and commerce projects. Seong collaborated closely with clients, providing expertise in the SDLC and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the process. Seong then joined eWave Commerce as a Digital Project Coordinator and later became a Digital Delivery Lead, specializing in Magento B2B consultancy and leading project teams.

Seong's next role was as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Switch Media, where they managed and implemented custom video projects for clients in various industries. Most recently, they served as a Delivery Director/Head of Delivery at acidgreen, overseeing the end-to-end governance of the company's portfolio, managing teams and client relationships, and implementing delivery strategies.

Currently, Seong Bradshaw holds the position of Project Director at Ogilvy Australia, beginning in April 2022.

Seong Bradshaw completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney in the years 2016 to 2020. Before that, from 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Master's Degree in Project Management from the same institution. In 2005 to 2009, Seong Bradshaw earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Technology Sydney. Prior to attending university, Seong Bradshaw completed their International Baccalaureate at the American International School in Abu Dhabi in the years 2001 to 2004. They also obtained a School Certificate from Northholm Grammar School in Sydney from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Seong Bradshaw has obtained certifications in Conflict Negotiation, Leading High Performing Teams, Microsoft Excel (Advanced and Intermediate), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visual Basic, and Performance Management from various institutions.
