Dario Brenni

Dario Brenni has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dario started their career at the Forensic Science Service in 1997 as a DNA Analyst and later took on roles such as DNA Nightshift Supervisor and DNA Team Leader. In these positions, they managed teams, implemented efficient working patterns, and delivered high-quality analytical services to meet customer requirements. Dario also took the lead on international contracts and successfully implemented process changes and resource management strategies.

In 2012, Dario joined OGL as a Web Services Team Leader, overseeing the delivery of eCommerce solutions to businesses. Dario managed a team of web designers, developers, and analysts and utilized in-house eShop web platform to provide bespoke functionality to clients. Dario then progressed to the role of Web Services Manager, where they managed the Web Services department and led the project management of delivering eCommerce solutions to customers. Dario also developed a multichannel integrated solution with eBay and Amazon to provide inventory management for prof. ITplus customers.

Dario's role evolved within OGL as they became the Software Development Manager responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle and strategy roadmap for OGL's flagship ERP product, prof. ITplus. Dario collaborated with various teams and engaged with customers to project manage bespoke projects and develop new core features.

In their most recent role at OGL as the Profit4 Installations and Support Manager, Dario formed a technical and support team to install and deploy OGL's newly developed ERP software, Profit4. Dario also managed the Customer Service Desk and set and monitored KPIs to support Service Level Agreements.

Dario Brenni completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Liverpool between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they attended Cadbury College from 1991 to 1994, although no specific degree or field of study information was provided. In terms of additional certifications, Dario obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2021.
