Rashy Chima-Powney has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 1990, they started their career as an Accounts Office Administrator at Tarmac Quarry Products, where they remained until 1994.

From 1994 to 1996, Rashy worked as a Business Development Manager at Supersharp Bearings and Transmissions.

Rashy then moved on to become an Area Sales Manager at Squire (Henry Squire & Sons Limited) from 1996 to 1998. During their time at Squire, they consistently exceeded sales targets and built strong relationships with major accounts.

In 1998, Rashy joined A.S.Royston as an Area Sales Manager and successfully established valuable contacts for the company.

In 1999, they took up the role of a Recruitment Consultant at Workforce International, where they generated sales leads for industrial manual positions.

Also in 1999, Rashy joined Findel Education as a Senior Account Manager. During their tenure, they significantly grew the turnover from £90,000 to £1.8 million over a ten-year period, selling products to over 2,000 schools.

From 2018 onwards, they worked as a Key Account Manager at ESPO - Public Sector Procurement.

Since 2022, Rashy has been working as a Software Account Manager at OGL.

Rashy Chima-Powney attended Pendeford High School from 1979 to 1984 but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during this time.
