Ashley Cooper is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in admissions, technical support, and branch management. Currently serving as a Student Admissions Representative at Ogle Schools since October 2022, Ashley has pioneered virtual campus tours and conducted comprehensive admissions reviews to enhance student engagement and uphold academic standards. Previously, as a Technical Support Manager at ADT from March 2018 to October 2022, Ashley improved team performance and customer retention through effective issue resolution and performance reviews. In the role of Branch Manager at Loanstar Title Loans from November 2015 to March 2018, Ashley implemented outreach strategies that significantly reduced delinquent accounts and improved loan approval rates. Ashley holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Palm Beach Lakes Community High School and completed training at CCI Training Center.
