Richard has held titles such as Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, and Maintenance Craft Supervisor, overseeing various departments and activities related to plant maintenance and operation. Richard has worked for companies like Oglethorpe Power Corporation, American Hydro Corporation, Susquehanna Electric Company, and Allis Chalmers/Voith Hydro. Richard holds an AS degree in Electrical Power Technology from Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades.
