Brett Overby

Brett Overby is an accomplished attorney currently serving at Ogletree Deakins since June 2024. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Senior Counsel at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore from August 2017 to June 2024 and also worked as an Associate Attorney there. Earlier legal experience includes a stint as a Legal Clerk at the Chula Vista City Attorney's Office and a Legal Intern with the Sweetwater Union High School District. Brett began the legal career as a Volunteer with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc.
