About the Role  

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for the areas relating to management accounting/financial planning and analysis expertise. A role to ensure that generally accepted accounting principles, practices and procedures are implemented to deliver accurate and timely financial plans and effective management accounting analysis.

What You’ll Do

  •  Prepare monthly revenue for reporting and compliance reports (i.e. Revenue Monitoring; SOX Reports)
    •  Includes monitoring accrued and deferred ageing
    •  Revenue analysis comparing actuals vs forecast and past year's performance per client
    •  Includes ensuring monthly targets are hit as an agency
    •  Organize each client appropriately per Cartesis Code Reporting and related OpCo

  • Meet with each lead on a monthly basis and validate their monthly revenue if they are in compliance with WPP's Revenue Recognition Policy

  • One of the leads for Job organization and configuration to ensure that projects follow SOPs.
    • Includes job approvals submitted by Accounts Team
    • Job clean-up and organization are done on a regular basis to ensure only relevant jobs are maintained open
    •  Address Maconomy related concerns by other employees (i.e. Timesheets, Job information, etc.)

  • Assist the Group Finance Director in preparing quarterly forecasts and generating upload file templates for regional reporting
    •  Prepare and update on a regular basis the Consolidated Revenue file shared with the Managing Partners to assess if they are within targets

  • Be able to reconcile figures and balances when needed, if discrepancies are noticed or questions are asked.

    • Being a financial partner to the different leads if they have any questions regarding their targets / accrued / revenue reported historically

  • Prepare files and answering all queries related to revenue especially if it's related to government documents

What You’ll Need  

  • 2-3 years of related working experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree in related program
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
