As Global CEO of The Ogilvy Group, he leads one of the world's most iconic creative networks, driving seamless solutions woven at the intersection of its diverse marketing capabilities, spanning advertising, PR, social & influence, customer engagement, consulting, and health. This expansive tapestry of talent includes award-winning creative powerhouses like DAVID, Grey, INGO, NCA, thjnk, and Village Marketing.

Since joining WPP in 2019, Laurent has proven his exceptional ability to assemble world-class talent and deliver creative impact at an unprecedented scale. Most recently, he served as CEO of WPP Open X, spearheading a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team that serves as the global marketing partner for The Coca-Cola Company. WPP Open X masterfully integrates creative, media, social, influencer, commerce, PR, data and technology into a cohesive marketing ecosystem that is innovative at its core and unprecedented in its scale. This global network-to-network partnership was specifically designed to support The Coca-Cola Company’s marketing transformation, covering more than 200 brands in 195 countries and to be a catalyst for marketing innovation and excellence.

Under Laurent’s strategic direction, WPP Open X developed and scaled innovative solutions such as Studio X and harnessed the collective creative power of the company’s agencies to propel Coca-Cola to become Brand of the Year at the 2024 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Laurent previously spent 16 years at Publicis Groupe holding various leadership roles including President of North America & International at Digitas. He started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi and went on to work at Grey London.

Beyond his commercial achievements, Laurent is deeply committed to making a positive impact. He holds a Master’s in Environment & Development, reflecting his dedication to WPP’s sustainability efforts. He has also served on the WPP’s Global Inclusion Council, championing new programs that foster a respectful culture where every individual feels a sense of belonging and can thrive.

Laurent’s global perspective is rooted in his upbringing as half-French, half-Indian in London, a city he still calls home alongside New York. He is a proud father of three, a passionate supporter of Arsenal FC, and a fiercely loyal Coke Zero customer.
