Helder Ferreira

Helder Ferreira is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as the Head of Operations (Disassembly/Inspection/Assembly) for MRO Engines at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, S.A. since October 2017. Leading a team of 150, Helder is responsible for overseeing critical operations within the Embraer Group. Prior to this role, Helder worked as a Project Manager at MCG mind for metal, focusing on planning and executing projects while ensuring quality control. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from ISCTE Business School and an Executive Master in Project Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education, alongside various research fellowships and consultancy roles in prestigious institutions such as UNESCO and the University of Lisbon.
