Dr. Daniel Rifkin, MD, MPH, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ognomy, a sleep apnea app, and is the President of Sleep Medicine Centers of Western New York. Dr. Rifkin completed an MD at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and holds a degree from Hamilton College.
