Sage Rifkin

Sage Rifkin started working as a Summer Intern at Sleep Medicine Centers of Western New York in May 2019 and ended in August 2019. In April 2020, Sage joined Ognomy as a Patient Care Coordinator and is currently in that role.

Sage Rifkin obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Health Management and Policy, with a minor in Public Health, from the University of New Hampshire. This educational achievement took place from 2016 to 2021. Prior to attending the University of New Hampshire, Sage Rifkin also completed their high school education, earning a High School Diploma from Nichols School, spanning from 2012 to 2016.
