Miia Nummela

Head of Merchant Care at OGOship

Miia Nummela has been working in customer service since 2001. Miia began their career with Viking Line in Stockholm, where they sold and arranged group and conference trips on boats between Sweden and Finland. In 2004, they joined TNT and held several roles over the course of nine years, including Customer Service Major Account Care Representative, Customer Service Support Representative, and Customer Service Frontline Representative. In 2013, they moved to TNT Suomi Oy, where they have been working as a Team Leader in the Frontline team since then. In 2021, Miia joined OGOship as the Head of Merchant Care.

Miia Nummela has completed a Qualification in First-Line Management from Mercuria in 2018 and a Johtamisen ja yritysjohtamisen erikoisammattitutkinto from Tredu Tampereen seudun ammattiopisto from 2019 to 2021.
