Erica Daniels-Strater

Erica Daniels-Strater boasts a diverse background in arts administration and theater, holding prominent positions such as Director of Advancement at Ogunquit Playhouse, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development at the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, and Executive Director at Victory Gardens Theater. Additional roles include Managing Director at Victory Gardens Theater and President of Second City Theatricals. Erica has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Ball State University. Erica holds two Bachelor's degrees from Northwestern University in Speech, Performance Studies, and Theatre/Theater.
