Andrew R.

Andrew R. has a strong background in intellectual property law. Andrew started their career as an Associate Attorney at Troutman Sanders LLP in August 2013 and worked there until June 2016. Andrew then joined Covington & Burling LLP as an Associate Attorney in August 2016 and stayed with the firm until October 2019. In December 2019, Andrew co-founded Crescendium, Inc., where they served as the Director of Intellectual Property until August 2021. From August 2021 to November 2022, they worked as an Associate Attorney at DLA Piper. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Director of Intellectual Property at Ohalo Genetics since January 2023.

Andrew R. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology from Oregon State University from 2000 to 2004. Andrew then went on to pursue a PhD in Microbiology at Cornell University from 2004 to 2010. Following this, they attended the University of Georgia School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 2010 to 2013.
