With a warm and collaborative approach, we focus in assisting you in moving towards self-growth, and an overall sense of well-being. We integrate therapeutic techniques from different approaches, with emphasis in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution- Focused, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Expressive arts. Our mission is to provide counseling to a culturally diverse client population from a social justice framework.
