Carmen Emilio Kotch

Carmen Emilio Kotch is an experienced architecture and interior design professional with a strong background in project management. Currently serving as the Interior Design-Construction Project Manager at Ohana Design & Build since September 2022, Carmen has previously held significant roles, including Project Manager at B+M Architecture Associates from 2021 to the present, where responsibilities involved overseeing design, 3D modeling, engineering management, and client negotiations. Carmen also served as Construction Supervisor at CARGO AC, supervising a 10,000 m2 private school project in Estado de México. Early career experience includes roles as Jr Architect at WorkStudio, and as a designer and site architect at YC Proyectos del Sur. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos and has additional academic background in architecture and related services.
