Heather Schmitt

Heather Schmitt has a diverse background in education, administration, and writing. Currently serving as the New Construction Administrator at O'Hara's Son Roofing Company since November 2021, Heather is responsible for project documentation and coordination. A freelance proofreader and copy-editor since 2003, Heather has extensive experience in editing various written materials. Previously, roles included being a Master Teacher and English Instructor at Fuel Education, a full-time English/Language Arts Instructor and Mentor Teacher at A3 Education, and a Business/Technology Teacher at Lubavitch Girls High School. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Western Michigan University.
