Bernhard Sang

Bernhard Sang is a highly skilled expert in optical missions and instruments, currently serving as Principal Expert at OHB SE since July 2021. Previously, Bernhard held positions at OHB System AG and OHB System, leading teams in systems engineering and serving as chief design authority for various electro-optical missions. Prior to that, experience includes roles as Instrument System Engineer at Kayser-Threde GmbH, Technical Project Manager at AgfaPhoto, and R&D Optics at Agfa Gevaert AG. Bernhard began a career in optical engineering at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics. Bernhard holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Konstanz and a diploma in Electrical Engineering from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
