Erkki Ahonen

Erkki Ahonen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical power systems and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer in Electrical Power at OHB System since November 2016, Erkki specializes in electrical power systems engineering and circuit simulation. Previously, Erkki held various roles at Nokia from 1998 to 2016, including Project Manager for outsourced products, Patent Engineer, and Power Supply Specialist, focusing on power electronics and multi-site projects. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Design Engineer at Helvar Oy, Design Engineer at Nokian Capacitors, Urho Tuominen Oy, and Sähkökarka Oy, specializing in electronics design and automation control. Erkki holds a Master’s Degree in Automation Technics and Applied Electronics from Tampere University of Technology.
