Giammarco Cialone

Giammarco Cialone currently serves as a Scrum Master for the OBSW team on the Copernicus CO2M SCSW project at OHB SE, having started in June 2020. Previously, Giammarco worked as a Software Engineer specializing in Satellite Control Software Qualification for significant missions such as Meteosat Third Generation and Copernicus CO2M. Prior experience includes a role as a Test Automation Developer for Airbus Space & Defence while affiliated with Akka Technologies, focusing on automating testing environments. Giammarco also held the position of International Graduate Consultant at The Akkademy and served as a Research Fellow at 'Sapienza' University of Rome, managing projects related to space debris algorithms and CubeSat missions. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics as well as a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Astrophysics from Sapienza Università di Roma.
